1.Open the zip file in winrar
2. delete the updater-script in the zip
3. add the one which i gave.
4. transfer to phone and flash.

Simply Re-flash the ROM, don't forget to wipe cache/dalvik cache

NOTE: Next time, you need to do a nandroid backup, just in case things went wrong:)

Is it a bad download? try redownloading the rom and flash again.

1. full wipe
2. flash rom, then gapps.
Atlast it worked dude. The issue was 1) When i tried flashing stock rom again i got <bootloader> Variable not supported. This did something to my Partition which iam not aware, later i flashed correct version of stock rom and did one factory reset and flashed the 5.0 ROm.It worked Thanks man.:good:

The nightly for 12/17/14 will not boot for me. Sits there indefinitely.
If it's available, might want to compare md5sum. If not, give it a try with a fresh wipe. I've been dirty flashing since 12/10 with no issues. Not my daily driver yet, but I restore my cm12 backup then flash the latest to test. When I'm done I make a fresh backup, then restore Stock. After I'm booted back into stock, I remove old backups, keeping only the most recent cm12 and stock.
