If it's available, might want to compare md5sum. If not, give it a try with a fresh wipe. I've been dirty flashing since 12/10 with no issues. Not my daily driver yet, but I restore my cm12 backup then flash the latest to test. When I'm done I make a fresh backup, then restore Stock. After I'm booted back into stock, I remove old backups, keeping only the most recent cm12 and stock.
I flashed an older version of the rom, then dirty flashed to the new nightly. It booted this time. Before, I had tried to clean wipe and then flash to the new nightly from the stock rooted Verizon 4.4.4, and even with a wipe, that caused it to be permanently on the boot animation. Not sure why.

problems with making calls

Great ROM! Everything works pretty good except when making calls. The phone appears to make the call except I can't hear anything. If I momentarily put the speaker phone on, and then turn it back off, the call can be heard on both sides. Any ideas?

camera broken

Ever since the 12/17 build, the device cant connect to the camera. I thought that the 12/20 build would fix it, but no dice. Any suggestions? And its ALL camera apps

Use Open Camera. It is highly functional and appears to be the only one that works at the moment. The interface is a little intimidating at first, especially if you have never used a DSLR camera before, but it still works pretty well!

Guys i need Halp!

I just brick my moto x.
I downgrade from 5.0 to 4.2. After that began to install a OTA update, and my moto was "dead". No power On, no fastboot. Just black screen no signal.

Who can I do? :(

I think if every one reverts back to twrp 2.8.0.1 there will be no problems installing and booting the ROM successfully. I think twrp 2.8.1.0 has some issues rite now but once I reverted back to the last recovery everything went well

Same thing happened to me, what earlier version did you use? I'm having issues flashing the current nightly version.

two last builds have problems with Google play service. It's crashing all the time when I reboot with WiFi or data disable.
Last build have problem with the volume controller of notifications/ringtone and media. One is controlling the other.

Sorry, i just noticed a dedicated q&a area...

Is it recommended to flash 29 build fresh or am I safe to do a dirty flash over the 20 build (i think)?

I'm only asking because some people reported issues on one of the previous builds if not flashed over an older build

I should also note I just updated earlier this week to the latest TWRP

The google camera still not working. Black screen when open the apps. Then when switch to recording or blur just said' cant connect to camera'
Install SELinuxModeChanger from Play Store, start it and select permissive, then reboot and try Google Camera again.
