i am unable to enter into download mode of my phone s7562. my phone restarts again when i open download mode.. it show only for 1 sec

Samsung s duos baseband version S7562DDBNE1

Does this ROM work on my Samsung s duos. I heard that baseband version should be matched or it will broke your device. My device baseband version is S7562DDBNE1.
Also share me installation process I am new at it.
Please Help...

can i flash this rom with twrp ?
or only cwm will work??

okay i simply tried to flash it with twrp.. and it got flashed without any problem...

please i flashed this with twrp and im stuck at samsung logo screen .. i was on cm11 4.4.4 any help ?!
