Unfortunately it appears to not be this straightforward. I have tried this many times. Touch Assistant simply re-enables itself after the device wakes up from deep sleep. And even when i disable it, it still does not allow Accessibility permissions for other apps that need it unless Touch Assistant is killed. And if killed, it "springs back to life" again when the device wakes up. It really doesn't like to share Accessibility permissions with other apps it seems.
The device isn't rooted and i don't plan to because i read it can cause issues with other things.
