Yes, I must have done a dirty flash as I didn't wipe anything beforehand. As far as the gapps, I only ever use the pico sized one. So far I haven't tried any overclocking but I will try your suggestion of 1.2 or 1.3 ghz. Thanks.
As often as you want. There will be new build every day if nothing breaks the build process. There will be different release channel, M-snapshots, which will only update ~once a month after upstream (CM) has finished code freeze and branches for M1. You can also use that after it's been released and receive updates much less often. This may require full wipe though as crossing release channels is not always very good idea.I wiped everything, including sd card and started with fresh install of Feb 6 nightly. Performance has improved a lot, everything appears to be a lot smoother and faster. I was notified of 3 new updates of CyanogenMod, for the last 3 days, how often or when should I do an update?
Sorry for asking but I've a question that the ROM lags very much. When will be its stable version available? As often as you want. When you find some build stable. This will likely stay in beta all the way just like CM11 did. It's up to you when it's stable enough for you. I'm not having any special lag issues though. If you are using inspiremod try a installation without it.Sorry for asking but I've a question that the ROM lags very much. When will be its stable version available?
Sent from my Desire HD using XDA Free mobile app
Sorry but I am new in this thing. Can you please explain it more easily...When you find some build stable. This will likely stay in beta all the way just like CM11 did. There probably won't be an official CM12 stable release, as there wasn't for CM11. As this is an unofficial CM12 ROM, there definitely won't be a stable release.Sorry but I am new in this thing. Can you please explain it more easily...![]()

Please state if you have full wiped or dirty flashed the ROM when you are reporting problems. A lot of problems can be fixed just by full wiping. It's also possible that dirty flashing can introduce problems.0214
Hmmm ... I ll try next week end a full clean install and not rom update.
Thx for all

Dunno. Due to lack of current output on ace's USB jack I can't test it and I don't want to buy Y-cable because it pretty much kills the whole point of OTG. Some support is there but it can be very broken for all I know.Hi Musta,
I am having HTC Inspire 4G and running CM12 Nightly build. Many thanks for the wonderful work and as many other said keeping our devices live with the newer versions!
I have a question regarding OTG support for this Kernel. I tried connecting a Mass Storage device using OTG cable, but the device do not recognize it. I searched and found few issues like issue with cable or with filesystem on mass storage device. So, I tried checking it with couple of cables and it did not help. I also tried with NTFS, FAT 32 filesyetm on Mass storage device and it did not help either. I can see OS support it and has the required API, however not sure if the Kernel supports it or not. I tried using Stickmount, OTG checker and Diagnostic apps but none of them could detect the device.
I am not an experienced person and has very minimal understanding of Android architecture. So, it would be great if you can help me with this query. Please let me know if you need any further information for the response and excuse me if it is not the right forum for this question.
Thanks in advance!

Vishal Mahajan
