[Q] About compiling

I have android_frameworks_base and android_packages_apps_Settings on my PC.
After doing necessary modifications in the files, I want to compile them (framework and settings app).

And here is the question: is it doable on Windows?

EDIT: I found the tutorial + I forgot about VirtualBox.
