[Q] About rooting 4.4.2

Hi, I had problems with my phone lately and I made them worse and the phone got stuck on boot animation. So I just flashed stock ROM via ODIN... Only now I know that if I flashed 4.4.2 my bl is now locked and I can't root and install other ROMS, is it true? Is there a way to fix it?
