Hi Guys,

I followed all of the steps listed by verygreen, however, i've been stuck for hours on this step:

Also push whatever other zip files you want to install to /sdcard too.
(if you don't have operational adb, you can also just turn off the nook at this stage, put zip files to volume named "CM10SDCARD" (not "boot"), then put sdcard back into nook and start it again)
When I put my microSD card back into the computer, it will only recognize the 1st partition which is "boot". I opened EaseUS and MiniTool and see that there's more than one partition and I do see "CM10SDCARD". Since there's no drive associated with it, it doesn't show up in my in my Windows Explorer. How am I supposed to put the CM10 file on there if I don't have access to the folder? I tried to create another partition manually but it says Windows can only recognize 1 partition so it doesn't do anything.

I tried to adb into the Nook while its in CWM but it doesn't recognize the Nook.

I have the nook hd+ and am using Windows 7.

Thanks...

Windows can only see the first fat partition which is partition 1. The sdcard partition is partition 5 as you can see with the partitioning software. You need to run Linux or Mac to see more partitions for adding files. Use a Linux vm or a live CD.

Or use ADB like verygreen recommended.

Thanks for the response leapinlar! Unfortunately, i wasn't able to get ADB to recognize my device when in the CWM. I guess i'll have to live CD :(

I had this same issue.

I resolved it by downloading virtualbox and an unbuntu image (both free) and the ubuntu OS recognized my sd card partitions! :)
