You probably have a defect WiFi.
If you had to replace your screen, I suspect that you dropped your tablet and your screen isn't the only thing that got broken.
You could try to factory reset your tablet or install another ROM on it (if available).
If that doesn't help then you are left only with things that don't require internet connection, like playing games.
APKs could be installed from SD card or thru USB.
