[Q] after root not abot to flash

i have done the new one click root.. all successfulk.. but since the one click root
i am unable to flash any roms.. am i SpEcIaL??? cause i cant figure this out

i am an evo user trying to help my cousin and im sooooo confuzed.. lol
so any help would be awesome.. thx

Did you put the ROM on the card before you one clicked?

Yes I had the ROM on SD card first. That Is why I am referring to as flashing not placing... on evo I use amon ra alternate recovery.. every time i was using cwm it would say none found for epic 4g would u like to install manually and I pressed yes..

AH! You are doing the wrong thing. You need to pick "install zip from sd card" Then "choose zip from sd card".

What version of CWM do you have and what ROM did you put on your SDCard?

I currently was unable yo do anything. I tried from Tom manager. I tried load from SD card. Said unable yo open partition or sumthing. Regardless I used odin reflashed back to stock. But I need to know cause I have some one else with an epic thatbim trying to help

Again I'm am evolution user. I use amon ra and don't care much for Tom manager. But u see this is different. So I need to have the modem or whatever that file is in my device..

If you are trying to put an EXT4 ROM on, you need to go to the CWM 3.0.2.5 and follow instructions on how to convert to EXT4. It does not do it automatically. You are still on RFS. You can flash the ReRFS ROM or Midnight has an RFS version.

That could be why.. cause I tried frozen from academy and something else .. I just don't get why so different.. but I got lots to learn
