[Q] ahortcut to lock the screen and turn off the phone

Hi there, on my old Nokia N8 I had to homescreen shortcuts:

- Quicklock: to lock the screen with one tap
- Power: to open the menu to turn off/reeboot/etc.. the phone

Is there something similar on android too?

I've looked thru the playstore, but I could not find what I was looking for
