[Q] all tmobile note 2's accelerometer roll misaligned?

I'm on my second tmobile note 2 and both of them have had the "roll" axis misaligned by about 2 degrees. For example if I'm playing a racing game I need to tilt the device to the right for the car to drive straight. I was about to exchange again but I thought I would test out the in-store demo phone, and that one had the same roll axis problem!

Is anyone else having this problem or is it just the batch shipped to this north hollywood store?

(the easiest way to determine if your roll axis is off is to use the "smart compass" app and hold the device horizontally.)

update and resolved

I returned my second one to the tmobile store and the third one is correctly aligned!
This one appears to be physically different in that the metal piece for the phone speaker is sticking out about 0.4 mm. The first two had this metal piece flush with the glass or even depressed slightly. My point here is that this one is obviously from a different "batch". A good batch from a factory with a level floor
