We need to wait for the official Android L on our devices, if there will be one. Most probably not. The closer we can go is a ROM, but it's not worth it.

Thanks now I understoodWe need Google to publish (merge) their source code (AOSP, base of the ROM, human language for the ROM's computer code) to be able to easily modify it to suit our device's needs (drivers etc.)
1 to 4 weeks aprox. for first nightly. Cyanogen is very fast when have the source code in his hands.I'm also really curious how long it could take after the release of the AOSP code, that's why I bump this thread now.
