Could anyone please tell me where or how to buy a galaxy nexus s in India. I am a little hesistent to buy online as i have read horror stories of ppl ending with a bad product after online pruchase....Please...thank you

here in Mumbai it's available in grey market at INR-20,000 but backdrop is that you wont get warranty, however on ebay you will get it at around 21K with Servepro Warranty (Hardware + software), just read reviews about seller before purchase, many people do buy from them.

1st of all der is nothing called as galaxy nexus s..... N till nw only nexus 7 has been confirmed for india... I think Google will launch d new nexus lineup ie different nexus made by Sammy, HTC, LG, Motorola by December or Jan

I'm happy to announce that i got my Nexus 7 from US to India from my friend sometime back for $227 from Google Play(Approx 12k to 12.5k INR). Should say definitely worth the price and yes it's nexus, the dev support and Google support will help me survive with it for years to come until i force retire it. :thumbup:

JB feels snappier across UI in Nexus 7 on stock launcher. i flashed Paranoid Android based on CM10 nightlies. Hybrid mode across app and system is impressive(ROM feature). Yet to try out games you mentioned, but played trainz driver, gta3 for short durations. It ran smoothly no freezes, no lags. The clocks go low as 51MHz before deep sleep, i guess it has to do with companion core.

Lastly, i was determined to never buy a tegra again and buy nexus alone for sure if I'm buying android. Never thought i would end up in this combination.
