Android 4.4 shows up a warning in the notification area when there is a user SSL CA Cert installed on the device.
This warning indicates to the user that SSL traffic can be intercepted: "Network may be monitored."

Is there a way to disable such warning for own CA (as root)?

There is a method for disabling this I would recommend taking a look at this guide http://www.xda-developers.com/android/how-to-disable-the-annoying-certificate-popup-in-kitkat/ that was featured on the XDA portal it will show you how to disable the warning and use your own certificates.

    ...and it is possible! Thanks!

In fact http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2533550 answers it (not sure why I did not find via search function):

    1. Add the certificate to your custom certificates in Android Settings
    2. Move the new file from /data/misc/keychain/cacerts-added/ to /system/etc/security/cacerts/
