Last OMNI have SU

So after following the repartition steps, and flashing omnirom, the gapps package and the super su update, I somehow have lost root? My recovery is still twrp and I am running omni, but cannot get root. Theoretically I should be able to use the universal root package correct? Or is there another method I should try?
The last Omni ROM have included in the package te Super User.
Try again without intall SU, just ROM and GAPPS.

Anyone try this?
[ROM] [Xoom] [4.4.4] TeamEOS - The Revival || Nightlies
It's very stable. Only feature I miss from Omni is the immersive mode, and automatic ota updating.

Give it a try, I think you'll be surprisingly pleased.

Xoom wifi alive!

Hi...

It is said that Android 4.4 is optimized to work (again) with 512MB of RAM...

Anybody knows if 4.4 is being ported as a Motorola Xoom custom rom?

4.2 is a bit slow in my xoom, my only hope is that 4.4 fixes that, or I will be force to return to 4.0.4 or 4.1, or replace my tablet by a Nexus (and I think that my xoom deserves some extra life, it's just 2 years old!!!).

Thanks.

PS: Reviewing the development subforum I can only see about 4.3, I'm worried that our xoom was abandoned and that my only option would be switching to a Nexus :(
WOW! of course of a couple of back and forth tries, I could bring Xoom on Kitkat 4.4.4 and able to do printing to my lan printers. Here is the link

Did the TWRP recovery go well? Was there any problem getting your tablet to go into the TWRP recovery? Were there any other messages? Which version of TWRP was it that you installed before trying to install the TWRP Big Part? Which version of the Big Part TWRP did you try to install. I think you might have more luck using the Big Part TWRP version 2.7.
