I have Galaxy S2 with latest 4.1.2 firmware, and the problem is with music player that is not updating the ''recently added'' section as it should be. When I add new music and go to ''recently added'' section the songs I added don't appear chronologically, but they are mixed without any logical order. It' very annoying because now I must search manually the music I added recently, and it's interesting the same thing is also with the Play music player. Anybody knows how to fix this, or it's just a bug with latest firmware?

Thanks in advance for help.

Strange.. I don't have that issue.. Try clearing the music player's data and cache..

Thx for quick answer!

You think to erase all the music and put it back? And how to clear cache?
No no.. just go to "System Settings - Application Manager - All - Music Player" and click on 'Clear Data'. That will not delete your music files. :)

I have a similar issue with my Galaxy S2- the music player does not update the "most played" list. It used to do it when I first got my phone but over the last 6 mos to a year it only puts certain songs on the most played list but its not accurate. Under applications it describes it as version 2. Anyone else have this issue? is there a newer version?
