[Q] another way to download Google translate offline package (android Ver.)?

Could anyone upload the language packs on a mirror server (specially for Persian and Arabic) please? I have problem with access to dl.google

can't seem to get the English pack, don't know why

I solved my problem with use sim data << do not use wifi for download jest ^__^
