[Q] Anyone else concerned about reviews that mention loose volume/power buttons?

One of the main reasons I'm detracting from the iPhone universe is that I've had two iPhones whose home button stopped working (both times out of warranty). I will never buy another phone with a hardware home button.

The loose buttons concern me. I wonder if this is a feature of the phone or if reviews just received a bad phone?

Nope. All my buttons are well fitted. No rattling.

i haven't read any reviews that mention sloppy buttons. got links?
I'm a new user so I can't post links, but the following is from Engadget's Moto X review on August 5th.

"The volume rocker and power button, both slivers of painted plastic on the device's right edge, are loosely secured and flimsy. They actually make a slight noise when you jiggle them in their sockets. "

ALSO "Moto X first impressions: priced too high, buttons rattle, exclusives suck" is the title of today's moto x "review" from ZD Net.. I use quotes for the word review, because it's a bunch of tripe really. But, like mediocre quality of the camera, people are noticing the loose buttons..

Is the phone like the new droids? The volume buttons pull out and you input the Sim card there... Don't know if that's how the motoX works... Though I plan to get one when its available on Verizon.

Well i went to check out the Moto X at my local AT&T store and the buttons seemed really flimsy. It has just been put out for display because i still reciveed the Android screen welcome screen that tells how you to use. Hope that's not the case, just first batch.

I am waiting on my 32 gig. patiently. not really...

but I played with one at the ATT store and neither the power button or the volume buttons seemed 'flimsy.'

This is a stupid thread. Its going to make people believe that there is a problem with the keys.
