Has anyone rooted sent their xoom off for repair (and not unrooted)? My sd card slot quit working. Without the sd card I could not unroot; I could never get to bootloader or get recovery to work.

I called Motorola on Wednesday, received my box on Thursday and Motorola received my xoom Friday. I am just wondering 1) will they refuse to fix it because it is rooted and /or 2) will they attempt to reflash the original image and possibly brick my Xoom?

I am very lonely without my friend. I hope she comes back quickly, and fixed.

I think that they will fix it. My xoom was rooted, was missing the cap for the sdcard and one of the volume buttons was pushed in before I sent it for 4g up great. I sent it on a Thursday and got it back by Monday. When I opened the package, the volume button was fixed, the sdcard had a cover and the screen had a screen protector. It is like new. I love my xoom and I thank Motorola for the improvement without asking for it...I'm happy about it...lets hope you have the same or better luck than I do.

I checked on my baby and it shows RMA processed, hopefully that means it is fixed. Doesn't show shipped yet.

I didn't realize how much I used it until it was gone. I have had to use my laptop (I already use my phone a lot).

EDIT:

WOW it has shipped and shows a tracking number. I called Wednesday afternoon, had the return box Thursday, Motorola received my Xoom on Friday and shipped it out today. Hopefully I will receive it tomorrow, as good as new!

EDIT2:

Shipping has updated and shows that I am to receive it by 10:30 a.m. tomorrow!
