I upgraded to get a cappy and upgraded to get the sgs2 today, however my situation is probably a little more favorable than yours. I'm on the family talk plan (can't beat 10/month service... doesn't hurt the parents because I use <100 minutes/month) and I used my sisters' upgrade. I told her she could have mine in March. Also you may want to stop by a store and ask, you are available for an upgrade a month before the date the website shows you.

I did. But I was able to get an early upgrade since I have the primary line on a five phone family plan and I spend nearly two bills a month.

Also if you have a premiere account you can get annual upgrades.

i went in today, but they said im not able until march.(the rep also said the deal on the come in 30 days before the date, and they can mess with it then) It's actually a company phone (small business) but it's still every 20 months. :/ i guess the yearly upgrade is only for the primary line (which is probably my boss, but he never uses it.) oh well looks like february it is then. Thanks anyway

I'm the account owner so I'm able to upgrade annually. Been sitting on it since july.
Finally got to use it this morning. My corporate store had seven. I bought the first and the fifth sold before I left.
