[Q] App Development Needed

We all know that Android users can at make attachments to text messages. Why can't someone make an app, contact specific, that allows you to send a quick audio recording, 30 secs max. Using the native sms app. One touch, maybe 3 at the most. My approach is fuctional, but not effective
