[Q] App Menu - Blur Background?

Galaxy S4 GT-i9505 / 4.4.2 (ROOTED)


Whenever I click on the Menu Button, and the app drawer opens, I was wondering if it was possible to blur the background picture so the icons stand out better.

(I believe you can do this with many 'launchers' but i was wondering if it is possible to do without using another launcher)
