[Q] Apps Causing Xoom to Freeze

I bought a refurbished Xoom 3G a couple of weeks ago. The first thing I did was flash the Xoom wifi sbf file via rsd lite because I wanted to be able to OTA to JB. This seemed to work fine. Flashed the sbf fine, booted right up, updated to JB. I threw about a dozen games (angry birds, spirit, quell, etc.) on and let my kids play with it for a couple of days. About 1/10 times when launching a game the xoom will freeze and I will have to hard reboot it to get out of it. So I flashed the Xoom 3G fastboot files to return it back to stock ICS, assuming maybe that was the problem. Loaded the games back on it. It is still freezing up quite frequently when launching a game. I am starting to think maybe it is a hardware problem in which case I will have to send it back. Anyone else have similar issues? Any ideas before I send this thing back?
