[Q] arc camera flax broken , key menu nont working now

Hi while i've changed my cover , my flax camera ,only button camera , was damaged , now work only back and home button e on light.
Do you think that is the flex ,the keypad or both? please answer soon
I ve read into service manual it suggest to relplace the camera flax
