We need kernel source first for CWM. Motorola uploaded it in a broken tar.gz, so no one can use it.

Jellybean is coming by the end of the year I believe they said. I am working on it... check out the Jellybean RAZR M leak of mine from their xda General section

I really need cwm, it saved my life million times

And since i am running cm 10 on my old p500 lg optimus one i really require jb on my new phone !!!

If you are rooted and unlocked you can make your own backup files for fastboot flashing. CWM is nice but not needed without a kernel source anyway.
