Been playing asphalt 6 for a while now, when I just notice that there is only gameloft live online multiplayer option where my friend's xperia neo v have both gameloft live online and local multipayer option. Is there any reasons to this?
same issue on htc explorer.... is it all htc have same problem?Been playing asphalt 6 for a while now, when I just notice that there is only gameloft live online multiplayer option where my friend's xperia neo v have both gameloft live online and local multipayer option. Yeah, it seems that some htc phones can't detect local multiplayer on almost all gameloft games I hadsame issue on htc explorer.... is it all htc have same problem?![]()
Is there a fix for it yet?Yeah, it seems that some htc phones can't detect local multiplayer on almost all gameloft games I had
thanks for post this, but i want to do question... which part should i modify in te build.prop??? ro.product.name or what????I was vexed each time I read another thread about this issue on the gameloft forum where the admin simply responded "htc phones are not currently compatible with local multiplayer. Support might be added in the next update". I don't know what the beef is between gameloft and htc is but htc phones are very capable of this feature. If you edit your build.prop file to match that of a supported phone eg sgs2 gt-i9100, the local multiplayer option magically aappears. I've been enjoying bia2 deathmatch with my cousin over wifi for the past few days now. Hope this works for you guys too. What I would like to see is if you can play without connecting to wifi router. Maybe you can do portable hotspot with one of the phones
Note: I've only tried this on CM7 and a couple of other roms. I can't say how it would affect whatever ROM you're running so do a backup just in casethanks for post this, but i want to do question... which part should i modify in te build.prop??? ro.product.name or what????
thanks man ur superb.it seriousy works like this.one thing i dont understand is that why should we clear data in google services framework?Note: I've only tried this on CM7 and a couple of other roms. I can't say how it would affect whatever ROM you're running so do a backup just in case
Use root explorer. the file is under system/ You may want to make a backup of the original one before editing
edit 5 things only:
ro.product.model=GT-I9100
ro.product.brand=samsung
ro.product.name=GT-I9100
ro.product.board=GT-I9100
ro.product.manufacturer=samsung
The above values are for samsung galaxy s2
After editing it go to settings. Manage apps, 'all' tab and look for google services framework, clear data and reboot. If you go to about phone It should show your model as gt i9100. Now go back to asphalt, the local wifi option should appear.
just follow the same procedure. it should work for any htc phoneWhat should I do on the htc one x?
little more help will be greatly appreciated!
