make sure you disconnect from other devices. had same problem. ended up it kept connecting to phone. (Beats wireless studios). no problem after that. took a while to figure out how to put music on watch for offline playing thou.
I just try connect to my siny sbh80 without any problem
But I have question how can I add songs to watch?

I am using Sony Xperia Z2 and its Walkman app has wear support now from there you can sync the songs. You can download the latest Walkman app from XperiaBlog.net
I use z2 too my walkman version is 8.4.a.5.3
I dont know it ia newest or not but it seem cant support

i saw this from some web said can listen music without connect to ur phone

I got the Sony SBH20 and i just figure out how to connect.By doing this you should disconnect your headset from paired devices first.
