I've pre-ordered the Note 2 from AT&T. I'm a non-business customer, but the purchase confirmation says it's via the Premier Online Store. When I click on the supplied link to see the status of my order, it lists the basics and then says "For order details and support, log in to Premier". But if I try to register for Premier, it says my (non-business) wireless phone number is ineligible for Premier registration.
Anyone know what's up with that?
I work for a very large IT company that does a lot of business with AT&T. Employees can get personal lines, etc via the Premier plan. When I attempt to log into the premier site to check on order statuses, I get a similar response (mine actually notes my account as a "personal responsibility" account), so your experience is standard.
That said, go to the following link and enter the appropriate info and you'll get a proper status. From my experience, this link updates faster than other status and provides back order documentation, etc (i.e., instead of just a "processing" designation).

It should be noted that if you place an order, for delivery to a store location (e.g., AT&T, BestBuy, Radio Shack), enter the store's zip code, not your own.
