[Q] Atrix 4G TMobile service dropping out

I had been using an epinter 10.1 ROM from May 2013 with Simple as carrier.

Tried several epinter ROMs since but were not reliable until 12/11/13. Works great (though BT with car no longer functional).

PROBLEM - at the beginning of this month switched to TMobile from Simple because Simple too slow (even though they use TMobiles network. Now get No Service often. Rebooting phone generally fixes problem. Don't know if its because of new ROM or problem with TMobile.

Using a highly experimental ROM is definitely not a good way to debug possible network/operator problems.

Agreed. I could roll back to previous version but wanted to see if someone else had encountered same issue.

Probably, in my case, this could be due to the roms or the carrier... slow speeds, random data drops, imposibility to reconnect sometimes... you should try with a different phone, presumably a feature phone (not smartphone) to see how well it works. My point of comparison is an old motorola rokr E2, since it has linux, I can test opera, wget and pings to check network state
