[Q] ATT Atrix 4g Help and Questions

Hi guys, I was searching a little bit on here and found some old threads anyways, was wondering if I could get some help I am using an Atrix 4g on ATT

System Version 4.5.151.MB860.ATT.EN.US
Android Version 2.3.6
Baseband N_01.77.37p

Basically what I am looking to do is root and see if there is a good working newer version of android rom i could install on this.
