My phone was fine up til about a couple of months ago when out of no where, when I'd make a call, I couldn't hear any audio. If I tried using the speakers, I'd sometime get some random pop/static and wouldn't be able to hear. Prior to that, my phone was rooted, unlocked (bootloader), S-Off. I had used a leak for I believe, Jelly bean 4.3 and the number was 3.10.502.2. I think that this may have been the root of my problems because I couldn't upgrade via RUU or OTA. At first I thought it was a software problem because I'd have to force stop android system, then reboot into recovery and wipe cache to get the audio back. I also spent time trying to set the phone back to stock, failing to realize the leak i was on was not going to make it happen. Finally, I had the help from some experts here to get me updated. I was able to get on 4.4.2 with Sense 6 via RUU 3.10.502.3 and OTA to the latest. But, the issue persisted and it got worse. This time, it would take a very long time before the audio would come back on.

I'm thinking of trying to go back to the original software and OS that came with the phone and OTA'ing thru to present update to get things going (ps, i had done multiple factory resets to no avail) because something has me thinking that this may have to do with 3.10.502.2.

My phone is currently on android 4.4.2
software number 5.12.502.2
Sense 6
unrooted
s-off
relocked bootloader

If this is the right path that I want to take, doesn't anyone have the instructions how to got back to the preinstalled data on this?

Thank you,
