Hi,

Being fairly new to the sensation and with the wide choice of ROMs that have been developed, I am keen to try a few of them out.
However after installing Titanium Backup it says unable to acquire root privileges (this is after flashing ARHD), I was under the impression that ROMs came rooted? This also happened after i had rooted following the guide in the development section. Anyway im back to stock ROM for the moment but i am just wondering how i can back everything up on the stock ROM for when i next decide to flash say InsertCoin or any other ROM?

Thanks

Titanium backup is the way to go. It saves all your data so its like nothing is missing. Try reinstalling it, and make sure you have superuser in your app bin.

Titanium back up keeps your apps and info in the apps... You could also do a Nandroid back up done from the boot menu but i will go back to whatever rom you had at the time of back up and put all the info back where it belongs

I thought it was going to be a dumb question if I asked if you had S-off but yes you need S-off cause that I believe is the security to let titanuim back up super user permissions so get the s-off and you should be fine
