[Q] Baseband & RIL Help

Hey Guys,

I have just got a UK i9100 which I have CF rooted and installed AOKP 4.2.2 on. I am living in South America at the moment and am having a lot of problems with signal strength and call dropouts.

Is there anyone out there that can recommend a good radio baseband and RIL I can flash to improve my performance? Are these country specific? If so I am in Colombia.
