[Q] Battery Percentage

Im wondering if there's a mod to change to battery icon to include a battery percentage Im running 4.4.2 (build number KLB20.9-1.10-1.9.1). Im not really looking to change from a stock ROM but prefer seeing my battery percentage rather than guessing it or going to settings to have a look.

If you're rooted, install Xposed framework and then use Gravity Box, it has exactly what you need.

I am using this and this is wonderful and serves the purpose ( still on stock with no root).

The problem with the app mentioned in the second post is you will be able to see the percentage only when it is around 40-50%..
