wow, thats amazing product
so simple and brilliant. I want to buy it.

Where do you see it in 15 euro? the cheapest I saw is (like the original website) 30$ US
i am unsure about euro but there is a web site http://www.exolife.co.uk/ which is a sister / brother site for the main phone company. I think it is £17 or £18 on there and i found a coupon on the net that reduced it by £2

That one looks good, but the downside is that you have to plug in the cable manualy, it is not specific to Desire HD.

I got this one, for 2 reasons; 1st it is for Desire HD and second it is cheapest I could find but quality is not bad:

http://www.sunnysoft.cz/zbozi/105PKI-033/kidigi-drzak-do-vozu-pro-htc-desire-hd.html

It sticks to the glass OK, the device is firmly inside and cand fall out. You don't have to think about plugging in power cable since it is integrated - you just push your DHD inside and it's done.

the downsides? Yes, it makes slight noise when you drive on non-flat surface or at high speeds, like "click-click" type which can be annoying after a while. I dunno if the problem is with Desire or mount. It is pretty hard to remove the device from it, you have to be careful and do it with both hands. Once the bottom cover on DHD simply opened and stayed in the cradle :) But this is not mount's fault but DHD's manufacturing....

All in all it is relatively inexpensive and not that bad...

I have one of these and they are REALLY good and i can swap between my iphone, and android phones without any issues

http://www.exogear.com/products-exomount-car-mount-holder.html

They are just under £15 inc delivery
I bought the same mount.

Im pretty pleased with it.

It sticks onto the dash very well.
The clip holds the phone firmly in portrait, I dont see it ever falling out.
It fits with my Otterbox Commuter case fitted (so I cant use a DHD specifc case)
It looks cool and isnt too big.

The only small problem is that it vibrates a bit, but not so much that you cant see the map.

I just bought the Cu S440 from ebay and its very good. Its HTC brand including the car charger so it definitely works. I like it a lot. Downside is you have to remove the phone cover first.

Just order Exogear from ebay for 28.43$ inc. Shipping from seller expressbuy123. It looks nice.

This holder is awesome. It is exactly what I've been looking for but do you know whether they make deliveries to Bulgaria because I cannot see it on the web site.

I' ve been using the Exomount with my DHD in Commuter Case for a few days now and I'm satisfied so far. It even sticks to surfaces (curved Beetle dashboard) where others have failed.
It vibrates a bit but it hasn't affected my reading so far.

There are two listings on ebay - one is from the US, the other - from Hong Kong. Both are ~30$ (incl. shipping), so be prepared to loose a day at the customs for the 10 leva VAT.

Hello,

I use this holder. It perfectly fits the phone, sadly without any type of case. It can be rotated 360 degrees. It can also be found without the gooseneck holder, or with a fixed arm. It has holes for the camera, flash and speaker. The suctioncup is amazing, it is sticking on the windshield for almost a month now. The only anoying thing about the gooseneck is that it bounces around alot because of the weight of the phone. Probably the fixed arm is better.
I think this is the most common and spread holder for the DHD. It is all over ebay, in Germany and Romania is full of it on other ebay type sites.

I had that type of holder for iPhone... not bad, dirt cheap but it broke after 2-3 months... (the side thing that "clicks" when you put the phone inside).

does anyone use the exomount with a case (eg otterbox)? if so any issues? I'm still struggling to find a decent car mount for a DHD with a case. I tried a generic adjustable ebay one and it broke within a month and I then got a fine for talking on my mobile while driving :(

Proporta magnetic mount

I have had this mount for my last 3 phones. I was afraid it wouldn't work with the desire hd because of the different battery door. It comes with a small piece of metal (with some glue that I remove) that I put between the battery and battery cover of most phones. With the Desire HD I pull the battery and then lay the piece in and then slide the battery in. It makes the battery a little snug so I attached a thin ribbon to the battery so I can pull it out easily. With a case on your phone you can probably put the metal piece inside the case and it should work fine. I love getting in the car and just putting the phone on the mount. No clip or anything. I just put it up there and let go. When I need it I just grab it. No fiddling with a release. I pulled out the aluminum bar in the gooseneck and shortened it by about half to prevent it from bouncing so much.

The Amazon is labeled incorrectly, but it is the mount. That is where I bought mine.
