[Q] Best *QUALITY* front facing camera?

What are some of the best front facing cameras on android phones?

I can't seem to find any real comparison, they're mostly rear comparisons.

I don't really care about the mega pixel count since that doesn't really mean good quality.

Hands down the best camera on any phone is on the Lumia 1020. Unfortunately it is Windows Phone not Android.
