[Q] Best Rom for GS4 SGH-I337M (TCE, Mexico Zone)

Hi great community of XDA

Im reaching this expert community because I have this rare resistance to ROOT my GS4 SGH-I337M device that I bought and use in Mexico City. First of all, I had the following bad experiencies with Cyanogen Mod and some other Google Edition Roms (4.3 at that time), so I had to return to stock ROM.

The main problems were: low signal bars (radio) and bad mobile internet (modem compatibility) besides some performance ones (random restarts and app crashes).

Im writing to you guys because I know rooting has lots of perks (like great apps--->GREENIFY!!, between others) besides the one of customization (with Next Launcher and Themer that is still questionable). But anyways, is there any great ROMS that fit a SGH-I337 model that rols in Mexico (TCE zone as specified by Sam Mobile). I have stock 4.4.2 now, but I dont feel it takes all the juice from this great device...

what do you guys think?? (Im not only talking about personal preferences about this or that ROM, but about real performance and ROMS fited for a GS4 of my region)

XDA is a development site not a support site. As the term "Best" or "Most Stable" is a very subjective term, such members are expected to do their own research, read through the development threads, and decide what is "Best/Most Stable" for them.

The only results that would be posted here are what each member has found to be "Best" or "Most Stable" for them by experimentation based on their phone/usage/setup/apps/signal strength. And at times, these thread spiral into arguments over which is perceived "Best/Most Stable".

Please take the time to read through the development threads, and interact with the members there, to learn all about the software you are about to drastically alter your very expensive device with.
