Hello sorry this maybe off topic a bit
But I am new to this
And I have successfully rooted ouya with cm11 with cockworkmod
But forgot to sideload ouya keylayouts
Can I install now that everything is booted up
Or can I screw something up if I do it now?

Yes you can still sideload the keylayouts, just boot into recovery and install zip from sideload
