[Q] BLN not installed in Cognition 4.5.3 for Samsung Captivate

I have just installed Cognition 4.5.3 and would like to have BLN. When I open the BLN Control app it states that "The BLN mod is not installed." I see where other users of this ROM state that it works in the Cognition 4.5.3 ROM forum. Is there something I am missing? I have a Samsung Galaxy S Captivate (AT&T).
