[Q] Bloatware script please help :D

So I am trying to flash those script and try to get rid of many uesless apps on my ATT note3.

I understand I need to use safestrap to flash the script

But my question is that:

Do I need to flash a custom rom using safestrap and then flash the script, or can I just use safestrap to flash the script "on my ATT stock rom"?

P.S. I am running stock ATT rom so far.
