Dongle in pc...
Dongle on pc "pretends" to be a keyboard.
Computer keyboard (or even a second keyboard) is routed through Bluetooth connecting to... a mobile device (Or any device.)
Also want to make android (or if not android, how on windows or linux just for the sake of knowing) receive bluetooth connection and pretend to be a pair of headphones. (Audio played through speaker on mobile device from computer)
