I wanted to update this. The Verizon Moderator has removed his post from this thread. It would not surprise me if the entire thread gets killed soon. If you are signed up ther log in and post. I want to keep the thread at the top of the list so they will see that this is a real issue for customers.Go to the Verizon Community Forum and add to the thread I started. They say they know it is an issue and will fix it but nothing has happend for a month. No updates and no schedule.
