[Q] Bluetooth Problems

I am having issues connecting to anything with my Bluetooth. I'm on the stock 9.30.1 and locked bootloader. I am not able to connect to either of my speakers or any phone in the house. No other phone is able to find my phone to connect either. Any ideas?
