What that app needs to work stock or custom rom in Samsung mini?

I tried app, but error " no usb connections" after cable plugged to car and phone. I use genuine interface + Samsung usb - adapter.

If you are you using a cable to connect with the phone it won't work.

S4mini stock don't support usb otg you might need a custom kernel and a y cable to power the device you're using

I knew that about supporting and i used custom rom where should be also that USB OTG support in kernel(f4ktion_1.6.3.5_eur_lte). So i ask here is there any who works or don't and what maid be reason why not working.
What is that a y cable? I used USB to OTG adapter to connect interface cable to phone. Is that correct?

Custom kernel has support for otg but S4mini can't power the device (send energy to the device) that's why you need "Y USB otg" that has an extra cable to where you connect an external power source

SO i need external power supply? What people use with? In car there is limits what extra power supply can use....

EDIT: Maybe i can use "12V Auto Car Charger Adapter With USB Hub Ports" to feet USB?

Any usb power source is 5V DC 500mA wall or car charger will work
