[Q] boot failure

HEEEEEELP:crying:....... I tied to root my htc chacha, i dnt get it ....since then the fone is nt booting....it hboot even when i whant to fastboot it....PLS what should i do to get my fone to a wrking state?

can you see that driver "My HTC" on device manager when usb cable is plugin to your computer (also phone must be power off status only led is on) ?
if so you can use fastboot command easly
