[Q] Bravia Engine???

I guess it should not be a problem, as i have seen they have ported to optimus2x which is a Nividia chipset and Desire S as well.

Lets hope our Devs will look into this !!! ;)

here is the original thread


copy the files to system\etc via root explorer and set the permissions rw-r-r
and add this to build.prop(located in \system) wityh these lines

#Sony Bravia Engine Service
ro.service.swiqi.supported=true
persist.service.swiqi.enable=1

reboot does it make any differences ?

before doing this first download a high resolution pic and see it before carefully without applying any patch ..then apply this and then see the difference

and post here then....

i have applied the patch i can see my screen more sharp but i dont knw its actually true or not...

lets see what more users have to say

Honestly i dont see much of a difference so im not even sure if it working :(

I can see...But it would be better if u attach two pics with same compression method (both .png or both .jpg, not one .png and one .jpg).

I used pics u attached and extract difference between them.
It was BraviaPic-NonBraviaPic, so it shows where BraviaPic is better.
As u can see...Not much, but it is :D

Its all about perception on such small screens, n I d personally hope our devs spend their precious times developing and fixing more important stuf, like ics!
