[Completed] [Q] Bricked ASUS MemoPad 7 (ME70C)

Hi, I erased system on my ASUS Memo Pad 7. I downloaded factory ROM from asus.com, and tried to pack system folder to system.img, but get this error:
Invalid sparse file format - When I trying to flash with cmd.
Please tell me, how to unbrick this device.
