[Q] Bricked.....jig wont work. Seen this screen?

It seems I may have bricked my i897 last night. Keep getting this screen...
"tried to insert pic here but it wont let me" and since it wont i will have to describe it. (probably wont get much help this way.) the screen is similar to the pics I have seen of a phone---<!>---PC but it looks way different in the fact that the phone and pc both have a nice scenery and the monitor has an actual tower beside it. It also says the following:
Firmware upgrade fail!
Try using recovery mode

Tried every combination of buttons and even tried the jig method several times.
Any suggestions? It would seem that if I was getting this screen then it is just soft bricked? Or am I wrong about that? I am lost as to what to do from here.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have read these forums until my eyes are bleeding, but I cant seem to get back to download mode.

Do some reading before u start a new thread.

here is the answer.

its the same screen u can use that screen as DL mode and flash from there.

Sorry, I tried to post once before and it would not let me put a pic in....i had described that I had been reading for about 6 hrs.....my bad.
