so my the charging port on my HTC Titan, got shorted out some how and would only accept like 1 charger. So i called HTC support and they said that it was covered under the warranty and that they would fix it. I send it in and about a week later they call me and say that the phone had damage not covered by the warranty and they sent to back to me; unfixed.
When i get the phone back the USB port has not been fixed(like they said) but the power button is broken(it was not when i sent it in).
i am trying to update to 7.8 tango, and not having a working usb port is making it nearly impossible. So, my question to you, XDA friends, is does anyone know a way to fix the port, or possibly have one that has a cracked screen or is not working in some way that they could sell me for parts, i checked ebay, but most of the broken titans are titan 2's.
any help would be greatly appreciated..
